The Seagull Models Tempest Dragon LW Trainer (SEA313) is an 81-inch wingspan ARF low-wing RC plane built for pilots stepping up from a basic trainer to a low-wing aircraft. It arrives almost ready to fly, with the airframe conventionally built from balsa and plywood for strength while keeping the overall weight down to around 4.5kg. The Tempest Dragon is designed to take a 15cc gasoline engine, and its low-wing layout and predictable handling make it a forgiving step into low-wing flying without the twitchiness of a true sport model. Most of the build work is already done at the factory, so this radio control plane focuses your time on installing power and radio gear rather than airframe construction.
