Click & Collect Conditions

Click & Collect is available 10AM to 5PM - 7 days a week.

Orders must be placed and paid online before arriving at the shop

No in store payments will be accepted during level 3 lock down, order must be paid online

Proof of identification must be shown when collecting and only the person stated on the order will be allowed to collect the order

Delivery

New Zealand

Nationwide shipping is $5.00 for orders under $50.00 and free for anything at or above. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24-hours* of receipt of payment. Delivery estimations are as follows:

• North Island - Overnight (+1 day for rural)
• South Island - 2 Days (+1 day for rural)

An email with the tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched and scanned in by the courier. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.

*Exception: Products marked as "Available to order, ships within 2 days" are ordered from a local supplier and dispatched from our shop within 48-hours. This is in addition to- and not inclusive of- the standard delivery time frame.
