The Seagull Models P-47D Chief Ski-U-Mah II ARF (SEASEA398SKI) is a 70-inch wingspan WWII warbird replica designed for 35cc petrol engines, released in October 2024. Based on the legendary Republic P-47D Thunderbolt, this large-scale RC plane is an Almost Ready to Fly (ARF) kit aimed at experienced fixed-wing pilots who want a scale warbird with presence on the flight line. At 70 inches, it carries enough wing area for stable, predictable handling at scale airspeeds, and the 35cc engine class delivers the power needed to replicate the Thunderbolt's characteristic performance. Note that this version does not include retractable undercarriage.
