The Seagull Models PT-19 Fairchild is a 61.4" wingspan ARF RC warbird aimed at intermediate sport flyers who want a low-wing scale aircraft that's easy to handle in the air. This 2025 release (part SEASEA11) recreates the classic WWII Fairchild PT-19 primary trainer with a conventional balsa and plywood airframe, giving you a stronger build than a typical ARF while keeping the flying weight sensible. Most of the hard work is done for you, so assembly is quick and you spend more time flying. It's set up for a .46-.55 cu.in two-stroke glow engine or a 10-15cc petrol engine, making it a practical step up for pilots moving beyond basic high-wing trainers. The PT-19 flies smoothly and predictably, with manageable low-wing handling that suits anyone building scale and aerobatic confidence.
