Rio Grande Games Concordia - Britannia/Germania - RIO582

Rio Grande Games Concordia: Britannia/Germania (RIO582) is a map expansion for the Concordia board game, adding two new ancient-Roman-themed regions — Britain and Germania — for 2 to 5 players. Concordia is a hand-management and strategy game in which players develop trade networks, send colonists across the Roman world, and compete for the favour of Roman gods. This expansion introduces the Britannia and Germania maps as alternative playing surfaces, offering fresh routing challenges and strategic variety for experienced Concordia players. Play time is broadly in line with the base game, typically 60 to 120 minutes, and the expansion is suited to ages 13 and up.

Key Features

• Includes two double-sided or separate map boards covering Roman Britain and Germanic territories, providing new trade routes and geographic layouts.
• Designed for 2 to 5 players, matching the player count of the Concordia base game.
• The regional geography of Britannia and Germania creates different city distributions and trade dynamics compared to standard Mediterranean maps, rewarding players who adapt their strategies.
• Requires the Concordia base game to play — this is a standalone map expansion, not a complete game.
