Renegade Game Studios The Fox in the Forest - Deluxe - RGS02862

Renegade Game Studios' The Fox in the Forest Deluxe (RGS02862) is a two-player trick-taking card game set in a fairy tale world, designed for players aged 10 and up with games lasting around 30 minutes. Based on the acclaimed original, this Deluxe edition brings the same sharp, strategic gameplay with upgraded components. Players take turns playing cards from a hand of woodland-themed characters, using the unique abilities of odd-numbered cards to shift the lead, manipulate trump, and outmanoeuvre their opponent. The scoring system rewards balance — winning too many tricks is just as damaging as winning too few, so reading your opponent matters as much as playing your cards right.

Key Features

• Two-player trick-taking game — purpose-built for head-to-head play rather than scaled down from a larger game

• Scoring punishes greed — taking 10 or more tricks in a round scores zero, encouraging tactical restraint
