The HobbyZone Carbon Cub S 2 1.3m RTF Basic (HBZ320001) is a ready-to-fly RC plane designed specifically for beginner pilots who want a capable, stable trainer straight out of the box. Based on the real-world Carbon Cub by CubCrafters, it features HobbyZone's exclusive SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology, which actively helps prevent overcontrol and loss of orientation — making it one of the most forgiving RC aircraft available for new flyers. The 1.3m wingspan gives it a solid, stable presence in the air, while the durable EPO foam airframe keeps it light and resilient. As skills develop, the Carbon Cub S 2 grows with the pilot: three switchable flight modes (Beginner, Intermediate, and Experienced) let you dial up the challenge at your own pace, and in Experienced Mode the aircraft is capable of loops, rolls, and inverted flight.
