The Aeroic Forza 100 (ARC-100-L-CH) is a 100-inch span RC glider designed for slope soaring, built in the Light layup spec with a Checkers colour scheme. Spanning 2.5 metres, this is a mid-sized slope sailplane that covers a wide flight envelope from relaxed soaring to fast, aerobatic flying. The Light build uses a mostly glass fibre layup with carbon tissue wings and tailplanes, plus carbon and Kevlar reinforcement throughout the fuselage — keeping weight down while retaining the structural rigidity that slope flying demands. The Forza 100 has been designed by Dr. James D. Hammond and features Aeroic's Sine Wave Spar (ASWS) carbon wing construction and OLP (Optimised Lift Planform) wing geometry, which together contribute to its broad speed range and responsive handling on the slope.
Key Features
- 100-inch (2.5M) wingspan with OLP wing geometry and high-response JH-series aerofoils across the span for a wide flight envelope
- Light layup construction: predominantly glass fibre with carbon tissue wings and tailplanes, carbon and Kevlar fuselage reinforcement for a favourable strength-to-weight ratio
- Aeroic Sine Wave Spar (ASWS) carbon wing structure for torsional rigidity without excess weight
- 2.4GHz-friendly Carbon/Kevlar reinforced glass fuselage construction — no signal interference from the airframe
- Elevator and rudder servos mount directly in the fin and are accessed via a moulded-in hatch for straightforward installation and maintenance
- Full four-channel control surface layout: ailerons, flaps, elevator, and rudder
What's Included
- Aeroic Forza 100 glider airframe in Light layup, Checkers finish
What You Need
- Compatible 2.4GHz RC transmitter and receiver
- Servos for ailerons, flaps, elevator, and rudder
- Battery pack and compatible charger for the receiver and servos
- Propeller and motor are not applicable — this is a pure glider
- Appropriate adhesives and finishing materials for final assembly
