This edition of the Scania 770 S 6x4 comes with the body pre-painted in TS-17 Gloss Aluminum, plus a urethane top coating for a high-quality finish.
The kit seen here recreates the Scania 770 S 6x4 produced by the Swedish manufacturer Scania. The Scania 770 S 6x4 is one of the trailer heads in Scania?s top-grade S Series ? which had undergone a full model change in 2016. This trailer head features a double rear-axle drive 6x4 chassis equipped with a 16.4-liter V8 diesel turbo engine capable of 770hp which was the most powerful in the industry as of 2020.

The body has a silver paint job with clear top coat applied.
Take a look at the front grille with low bar and metal transfer emblem.
2-part side mirrors and kerb mirror add extra detail to the model, and use metal-plated parts for mirror surfaces
The roof features separate parts for the hatch and antenna, plus a roof bar with light pods.
Matte plated parts are used for the non-slip steps.
The model's three-speed transmission allows shifting while the model is on the move, for a truly immersive experience.
Axles are molded in reinforced plastic and supported by metal leaf springs, in a trunnion suspension like that seen on the real truck.
Double-tire rear wheels are employed to take care of the model's drive. They are given an eye-catching chrome finish.
A coupler is installed on the back of the head to allow connection with one of the trailers in Tamiya's extensive line-up.
Side skirts are also pre-painted in silver. The V8 emblem is recreated by a metal transfer.
Rear combination lights and fenders are depicted with realism. The various lights can be illuminated with separately-sold LEDs.
The side skirt can be opened and a separately sold MFC unit installed.
