Here Comes The Thunder!
In the first half of WWII, the Luftwaffe's dive-bomber Stuka rained down destructive and thunderous fire over enemy forces. The German infantry placed a lot of faith in the reliable Hanomag which could be equipped with rocket launchers. 28cm and 32cm rockets produced from 1941 could be loaded into the six launch frames equipped on the half-track. Mainly assigned to the Panzergrenadier Regiment's Heavy Company, these units were called "Stuka zu Fuss" or the "Ground Stuka" as a reference to the Luftwaffe's Stuka dive bomber, due to their great mobility, devastating noise, and destructive power.

About the Model
This is a 1/48 scale plastic assembly model kit. Length: 128mm. The 6 rocket launch frames mounted on the side show off the Hanomag impressive form.
The launch frames feature a realistic wooden grain finish. Eight 28cm rockets and two 32cm rockets are included in the set.
