Kyosho 60th Anniversary Limited Edition Ultima 1987 JJ Replica World Champion 1/10 2wd Off-Road Buggy Kit. Kyosho has faithfully recreated the Ultima 1987, the most sought-after IFMAR World Championship 2WD off-road buggy with various updated and improved features such as the front and rear gold shocks with medium soft springs for the front, machined FRP shock towers, special carbon main chassis with skid angle in the front, screw fixture battery holder and servo mount, wide rear tread with 2mm offset rear hubs and 1mm washer, special offset front shafts for increasing forward stability, ball differential and rear universal swing shafts, turnbuckles for quick adjustments and pre-assembled gearbox and shocks for your convenience! This limited edition also includes a Tomahawk body with wing and large side walls and a special limited edition decal set! Get this legendary 2WD buggy and relive the glory days of Joel Johnson?s Ultima when he won the IFMAR Worlds in 1987!

Key Features:
The 13th model of the Kyosho Vintage Series is a recreation of the World Champion racer that did not exist as a kit back in 1987.
Each component has been faithfully designed and manufactured based on the specifications of the championship winning machine.
While based on the original model, each part has been enhanced and modernized to meet the requirements of the latest RC systems & power sources.
Body from the Tomahawk is included, which is as per the World Champion machine. Original as well as commemorative decals are also included.
Turnbuckle tie rods allow precise adjustment of camber and toe angles, just like the original.
Rear gearbox is equipped with ball differential that produces traction stability without affecting road grip.
Rear drive incorporates a universal swing shaft that enables improved drive efficiency and maneuverability.
Soft front and rear tires are included for racing performance. Inner sponges are also built into the front tires and deliver powerful grip and control.
In addition to the standard type included in the kit, more modern 2.2-inch standard wheels can also be installed.
Unassembled chassis kit includes wheels and tires for front and rear, unpainted body, and rear wing.
Equipped with +2mm offset rear wheel hub. Wide tread setting is available when combined with the included 1mm spacers

Features solid carbon graphite main chassis and FRP front-rear shock stays. Servo stay and battery holder have also been added for ease of assembly and versatility.
Equipped with the same body used on the Tomahawk 2WD buggy, just like the original. Silver & pink stripe decals with a variety of logos recreate the signature color scheme of the Joel Johnson Spec. Side mirrors from the original have also been recreated.

FRP shock stays flexibly absorb impact from the shock units and follow the original design in shape and color. Standard gold shocks combine with newly developed medium soft (MS) front springs.
Rear shocks are also the same gold type as on the original. Medium Hard (MH) rear springs work in combination with the MS front springs to deliver exceptional maneuverability and performance over surface gaps
In place of the mini steering servo that was fixed with double-sided tape, the modern version of the ULTIMA uses a servo mount compatible with modern low-profile servos that are popular today. The shape of the servo saver arm has also been changed.
The front skid on the carbon chassis improves clearance over surface gaps while front caster angle setting optimizes handling characteristics.
Newly designed front wheel shaft with kingpin offset delivers improved straight line running stability as well as controlled initial steering response.
Stickers that can recreate the atmosphere of that time when attached to the motor are included.Gunmetal anodized aluminum motor guard is laser-printed with the Kyosho 60th anniversary logo, which is exclusive to the special limited-edition model.
