Aesther recluse Hail, instrumental in saving the city, dislikes her fame. Wannabe heroes and demons constantly seek her. She enchants her door: anyone opening it becomes miniaturized. Your character is one such hero, now mouse-sized, seeking Hail to return to normal size. Each scenario is a single card, pitting one mercenary against enemies with simplified actions/AI. Each mercenary has four double-sided cards, usable twice before discarding. Attacks resolved using a die and modifier table; table and mercenary ability cards improvable through campaign leveling.
