This set was offered for sale in Japan only by direct Internet mail-order sales from Tamiya to consumers at first. However they start to sell it to distributors and retail stores. Tamiya is exporting it normally, and it has been available outside of Japan.

Photo-etched parts set for the Swordfish Floatplane kit. Contains primarily the inter-wing rigging parts, but also comes with the torpedo sight, engine stays and more. Highly recommended if you plan on building the Swordfish floatplane.
